Approval Before Production

Clients may be asked to approve design details before production begins.

• Other project specifications

Clients are responsible for reviewing approval information carefully.

Once approved production begins, certain changes may not be possible without additional costs or changes to the project timeline.

Artwork & Design Files

Clients are responsible for providing artwork or design files that meet the requirements communicated by House of Staples.

House of Staples may offer design assistance or artwork preparation services; applicable fees will be communicated before work begins.

By submitting artwork, the client represents that they have the right to use the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

House of Staples reserves the right to decline projects involving artwork that appears to infringe on intellectual property rights.

Deposits & Payment

Some custom projects may require a deposit or payment before design work, material purchasing or production begins.

The amount and payment schedule will be communicated with the project quote or invoice.

Any deposit, cancellation or refund terms that apply to a specific project will be disclosed before payment is accepted.

Changes to an Approved Project

House of Staples understands that ideas may evolve.

Changes requested after a design, quote or production plan has been approved may require:

• Revised pricing
• Additional design fees
• Additional materials
• Additional production time
• A revised completion estimate

House of Staples will communicate applicable changes before proceeding whenever practical.

Production Timelines

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and current workload.

Any timeline provided is separate from shipping or delivery time.

House of Staples does not guarantee production completion dates unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Rush requests may be accommodated depending on availability and may be subject to additional fees.

Returns on Custom Orders

Items created, embroidered, altered, or personalized specifically for a client may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If you believe a production error occurred, contact House of Staples as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.

House of Staples will review the information provided and determine the appropriate next step.

Check the Details

Customers are responsible for reviewing the spelling of names, initials, dates, wording, numbers and other personalized information before final approval.

House of Staples will produce personalization according to the information approved by the client.

Please review all proofs and written specifications carefully before giving approval.

Measurements & Fit

Certain custom garments may require measurements or fittings.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate requested measurements
• Attending scheduled fittings when required
• Communicating fit concerns during the fitting process
• Providing requested information in a timely manner

Final fit may be affected when inaccurate measurements are provided or required fittings are missed.

Materials & Availability

Fabric, garments, thread colors, trims, hardware and other materials may be subject to availability.

If an approved material becomes unavailable, House of Staples may contact the client to discuss an appropriate alternative before proceeding.

Substitutions that materially affect the approved project will not be made without client communication.

Customer-Supplied Items

House of Staples may accept customer-supplied garments or items for certain custom or embroidery projects after review.

Not every garment, fabric or product is suitable for customization.

Customers should not drop off or ship valuable items until House of Staples confirms that the project has been accepted.

Customer-supplied items are reviewed individually before production.

Artwork, Logos & Design Files

Customers who provide logos, artwork, photographs or other design materials should have permission to use the materials they submit.

Artwork may require:

• Cleanup
• Recreation
• Modification
• Vector preparation
• Digitizing
• Resizing

Additional artwork or preparation charges may apply when disclosed before work proceeds.

Custom Patch Projects

Custom patch orders may require review of:

• Artwork
• Patch size
• Shape
• Quantity
• Colors
• Materials
• Embroidery requirements
• Backing or attachment method
• Intended use

Final production specifications and pricing will be confirmed before the project moves into production.

Production Time

Custom project timelines vary according to design complexity, materials, quantity and production requirements.

Any estimated completion date will be communicated during the project process.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Rush Projects

Rush requests may be considered based on the project and current production availability.

Rush service is not guaranteed.

If additional charges apply, House of Staples will communicate them before accepting the rush request.

Completed Projects

When a custom project is completed, House of Staples will provide applicable pickup or shipping information.

Any remaining balance required under the project agreement should be handled according to the approved invoice or project terms.
